Miller Ghana is a liability company with five Board of Trustees, each of them being a shareholder, namely; Daniel Broni of Ghana, Daniel Albert Matthysen, Gregory Swart of USA Miller, Shanoff Mensah of Ghana and Leticia Esi Coffie of Ghana.
The company was registered under the companies code 1963, Section 27 and 28, Act 179. Incorperated on the 20th day of December, 2012 and commenced on the 29th day of December,
2012 respectively.
Miller - Ghana is a Power Link Machine Manufacture Authorised distrubutor in Western Africa, to take care and part in all tenders Projects to Supply, Install, Maintain, and aftercare, Service and Repairs on the following Products:
Power Generators, Air Compressors, Welding, Cutting, Driling, Safety, Consumables and Repair Works with all Equipment Replacement Spare Parts.
Miller Ghana, is an Offshore Oil an Gas Refinery, Marine, Mining and Heavy Industrial welding Products, Suppliers and Miller. We also provide, special welding Safety Training in the above mentioned areas with AWS (American Welding Society - USA accreditaion)
The management of Miller Ghana aside the Board is made up the Technical Director, Senior Supervisor, Adminstrative Secretary, Accountant and Field Manager.
The Director - Daniel Albert Matthysen with a proven record of accomplishment throughout his career, supported by strong leadership skills and a team-spirited mind-set. Daniel Albert Matthysen has consistently demonstrated
his ability to meet challenges in high-pressure environments while working to stringent deadlines.
Additionally, he offer not only technical expertise but also the qualities of outstanding interpersonal skills. He is highly adaptable, flexible and pro-active, and as such possesses the vital ability to work effectively
within a team handling operational and strategic levels of responsibility.

The Technical Director - Daniel Kofi Broni is also one of the Board Members of Miller Ghana and
also the manager for West Africa. He has an international experience and exposure. He worked
and schooled in Ghana and USA (MILLER). Some of the organizations he worked are Lee Bross welding, ship building company
Singapore, MP Miller Oil RIG 5 North Sea Denmark and Ghana.
He also worked with Dizengoff Ghana as the Sales Manager on behalf of (Miller Welds Equipment) for over Five(5) years in
mines of West Africa. Before then he had worked with several other companies such as Faro Fabric Limited - Structure Engineer,
Mobile Oil as Maintenance Manager, Tropic Gas as site Manager.
The Technical Director has the Technical Expertise with visionary leadership skills and forcused minded attitude.
He is result oriented and is always on top of his job.
The Senior Supervisor - Patrick Pamful is responsible for the day to day activities of the company.
He is the general overseer of every activity undertaken by every department of the company more especially international
and local correspondences coupled with the field works and maintenance.
The brain behind advertising and media coverage projects.
He is a holder of a Degree in Business Management from the University of Cape Coast, a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and
Supply UK and a holder of Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from Takoradi Polytechnic.
Patrick Pamful is an enthusiastic and purpose driven Administrator who is always up to the task with results.
He is very discipline and goal oriented.
Ms. Shanoff Mensah is in-charge of finance and general administrative tasks for Miller Ghana. She handles Bank correspondences, Balance sheet, Bank reconciliation, Cashbook, Company’s Assets and Liabilities and any other financial transactions for the company.
Ms. Shanoff Mensah holds a certificate in Accounting-Higher National Diploma from Ho Polytechnic and a student of Accounting for Certified Chartered Accountant –Uk (ACCA II)
Ms. Shanoff Mensah has had about seven years working experience as an Account Officer, prior to that she has had training in other organizations such as Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA) and Intermediate Technology Transfer Unit (ITTU) of Great of Foundation. The financial controller has a strong commitment to work and have been very active in service that adds value to the company.
Ms. Leticia Esi Coffie assists the finance and general administrative tasks for Miller Ghana. She assist in the handling of Bank correspondences, Balance sheet, Bank reconciliation, Cashbook, Company’s Assets and Liabilities and any other financial transactions for the company.
